Ashlee Rowland recently joined the Seibold Group as Commercial Escrow Assistant and has quickly become a valued part of the team.
Before joining the title and escrow industry, Ashlee spent 12 years in customer service, building the communication, organization, and problem-solving skills she now brings to her role every day. Ready for something new, exciting, and challenging, she found exactly that in title and escrow, and she is eager to continue learning and growing under the Seibold Group’s leadership.
Ashlee Loves Working Alongside Her Team
Ashlee appreciates that every day brings new challenges and dynamic opportunities. “No two days are ever the same,” she says, and after years of being on her feet in fast paced environments, she has been surprised by how much she genuinely enjoys coming to the office each day.
Ashlee is known for her playful, joyful spirit and the positive energy she brings to those around her. She values authenticity and meaningful connection above all else, and she loves nothing more than sharing a laugh with the people in her life.
Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys trying new cuisines and a good meal shared with people she loves. She is not much of a sports fan, but when she cheers for a team, it is the Vegas Golden Knights. While she does not currently have pets of her own, she is quite fond of her mom’s two French Bulldogs. A favorite quote she lives by: “Love is never wasted, for its value does not rest upon reciprocity.”
